Who/what is ReedBotics?
The Reed High School Robotics Club, known as Reedbotics, is a program that allows students to design, build, and program a fully functioning robot for local and state competitions. The students compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) in the fall/winter season and in SKILLS USA (Mobile Robotics) in the spring season.
Students have the opportunity to explore a variety of engineering and computer science topics while working in a hands on capacity. The program helps to prepare students with the skills needed to be competitive members of Nevada’s workforce.
